What is CCAA Asian Community Policing Experience?

CCAA Asian Community Policing Experience is a collaborative recruiting initiative organized by the Community Crime Awareness Association with participation of the following Police Services:

  • Royal Canadian Mounted Police

  • Ontario Provincial Police  

  • Toronto Police Service

  • York Regional Police 

  • Durham Regional Police

It will take place on April 29 – 30, 2006 in downtown Toronto.

CCAA Asian Community Policing Experience is a 2-day recruiting initiative with mentoring sessions, practical exercises, and exposure to specialized Police Units from the above Police Services.

80 men and women interested in exploring a career with the above Police Services will be invited to participate in the 2-day event. 

There will also be an information session for the general public about the participating Police Services.
